They had issues moving customers through their Points of Sale at a reasonable pace, meaning visitors often suffered queues. Splashdown Quaywest chose Smart Volution’s Register software along with Unique Secure’s MePOS product range to bring their Points of Sale bang up to date.
MePOS hardware combined with Smart Volution’s Point of Sale software has solved a variety of issues for Splashdown Waterpark with all information, from stock levels to financial data now available on the system immediately. New stock items can be added quickly and contactless payment is available for the first time. Increasing customer transaction speeds has helped to reduce queues and waiting times at the main ticketing area, giving a much better first impression to customers.
