MePOS Clinic helps diagnose faults quickly. Customers can often self diagnose faults meaning they don’t need to call customer care lines at all, greatly reducing time spent resolving issues. When faults can’t be self diagnosed, MePOS Clinic helps support staff by allowing them to request specific tests, leading to quicker fault resolution. MePOS Clinic Pro, the paid version of the app includes greater functionlaity including log files, printable test results and hints to help users resolve issues themselves. Log files can be submitted to Unique Secure directly, if additional help is needed.
